Job Title: Accountant – Payables

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant – Payables to manage and oversee the company’s accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and compare contracts, pricing, payment terms, and associated charges
• Analyze and improve workflow processes related to accounts payable
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments
• Manage accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors
• Monitor vendor contracts and notify the Director of Finance of upcoming expirations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing vendors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Prior experience in public accounting is preferred

Compensation and Work Schedule:

• Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Work Timings:

• March to November: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• November to March: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
