Accounts Payable Executive

About the Position:

Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial and energetic Accounts Payable Executive with a strong foundation in core finance principles. The ideal candidate will be hands on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the company’s financial growth and operational excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges

•Fresher to 1 year of experience

• Positive attitude and ability to work with team

• Good communication with internal & external stakeholders (Hindi & English)

• Comfortable with numbers, reports, and digital payment systems

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify supplier invoices

• Track office expenses

• Coordinate with vendors

• Prepare payment schedules

• Maintain ledgers and reconciliations

• Manage approvals, documentation, month-end, and finance support Experience & Education:

• BCom graduate

• Proficiency in Excel and Tally

Salary:

Upto 3.5 LPA
