Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cashiering operations across all company locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Oversee vehicle invoicing processes across all locations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Support Internal Audit processes and report findings to Finance Manager.
- Post vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and payment procedures.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Participate in annual stock counts and evaluate variances and findings.
- Perform reconciliations of vendor and customer account statements.
- Post customer receipts in an accurate and timely manner.
- Process and post supplier and other payments.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
We’re seeking someone who combines expertise with drive, personality, and purpose.
- Bachelor or equivalent qualification in accounting or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong digital literacy, with the ability to quickly adapt to and work efficiently with modern technology tools.

- Demonstrate solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
