📍 Location: Zen Fashions India Pvt Ltd, Trivandrum

✅Role Summary

The Accounts Officer will manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support audit processes, prepare reconciliations, monitor expenses, and contribute to budgeting and financial planning activities. The role demands strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail.

✅Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including journals, ledgers, and vouchers.
• Manage recurring office expenses and ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Handle accounting entries and reporting through WFX software.
• Manage approvals for accounting transactions and employee claims.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure correct financial treatment.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and audit schedules.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and required data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely closure of books.
• Support budgeting and variance analysis activities.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor depreciation schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies.

✅Education

• M.Com / B.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter

✅Work Experience

• 2–3 years of accounting experience

✅Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel and data analysis
• Knowledge of accounting entries and journal posting
• Understanding of audit processes, risk management, and control testing

✅Languages

• English, Malayalam, Hindi
