Role Description The Accounts Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including managing ledgers, reconciling accounts, preparing invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders such as vendors, customers, and auditors to ensure timely billing, collections, and compliance with relevant financial regulations. The Accounts Manager will prepare periodic financial reports, assist with budgeting and cost analysis, and support management in financial decision-making. The role also includes monitoring internal controls, optimizing accounting processes, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in general accounting operations, including ledger management, account reconciliation, and financial record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to generate reports, analyze data, and support budgeting activities.
  • Solid understanding of taxation, compliance, and statutory requirements relevant to manufacturing and industrial businesses.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and auditors.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to managing multiple financial tasks and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred, with familiarity in cost accounting and inventory-related transactions.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana and maintain high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
