Job Title:- Head of Finance & Accounts

About the Job:

The Accounts Head will lead the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring the organization's financial stability, statutory compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires a strategic finance professional to oversee accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, audits, and ERP-driven financial processes while supporting business growth through effective financial planning and process optimization.

Work Details:

• Location: Faridabad, Haryana
• Work Mode: Work From Office (Monday to Saturday)
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
• CMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification may also be considered.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the Textile, Manufacturing, Trading, or Supply Chain industry is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
• Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite (Mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS Reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and audit coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and timely closure of books.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial performance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking operations, and treasury functions.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits while strengthening internal controls.
• Drive ERP-based finance operations through Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while supporting senior management with strategic financial insights.
