Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance within a corporate environment

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Financial Reporting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of experience in managing Accounts and Finance functions within a corporate group. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial knowledge, analytical ability, and hands-on experience in managing financial operations, compliance, and reporting. Candidates with prior exposure to the Construction / Real Estate / Developer industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the accounts and finance operations of the organization.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and MIS for management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and financial policies.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and accounting records.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist management in financial decision-making and strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities for cost control and financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
• 4-5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance within a corporate environment
• Experience in Construction / Real Estate / Developer companies will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Financial Reporting
