Role: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Book Finalization

  • Posting and reviewing accounting entries
  • Maintaining ledgers in Tally
  • Supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end closures

GST & Income Tax Compliance

  • Preparation and filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B
  • Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with purchase registers
  • Filing TDS returns (24Q/26Q) using Winman, including Form 16/16A generation

Other Regulatory Filings

  • Preparation and filing of Form 15CA/CB, Form 61A, FLA
  • Quarterly advance tax calculation and payment

Labour Law Compliance

  • Handling PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF returns and payments
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws

Vendor & Client Operations

  • Processing vendor payments with proper approvals
  • Issuing sales invoices and managing accounts receivable
  • Monitoring debtor aging and supporting collections

Excel-Based MIS & Reporting

  • Preparing reconciliation statements and tax registers
  • Assisting in MIS, financial planning, and reporting

Audit Coordination

  • Liaising with internal auditors for process reviews
  • Coordinating with statutory auditors and addressing audit queries

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
  • CA Intermediate / Semi-qualified candidates preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, PF/PT, Labour Laws
  • Proficient in Winman TDS software, MS Excel, and government portals
