At Fincella Services Private Limited, we’re looking for passionate and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing Finance & Operations team.

📍 Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

💼 Work Mode: Work From Office

🏢 Industry: Construction (Experience in this sector is mandatory)

✅ Core Responsibilities:

• End-to-end accounting (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations)
• Manage the General Ledger and oversee Chart of Accounts mapping and financial reporting.
• Handle end-to-end statutory compliances, including TDS, GST, and Labour Laws.
• Utilize TallyPrime for day-to-day accounting operations.
• Analyze financial data and generate insightful reports using Advanced Excel.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to streamline financial processes.
• Payroll processing & compliance
• Financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Month-end & year-end closures
• Supporting audits and regulatory compliance

🎓Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter.
• Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on accounting experience (Experience in the Construction Industry is Mandatory).
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in TallyPrime and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
• Languages: Professional proficiency in Tamil and English.
