About The Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday Accounting Center team, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrations that streamline accounting operations. This role ensures accurate financial data transformation, compliance, and seamless connectivity between Workday Financials and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Workday Accounting Center integrations for financial transactions and reporting.
Configure and support Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Accounting Center frameworks.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing integrations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, data security, and regulatory requirements.
Document integration processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Expertise

Hands-on experience with Workday Accounting Center and related integration tools.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes including GL, subledger, and transaction transformation.
Proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and Document Transformation.
Familiarity with ERP systems, banking integrations, and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
