Job Title: Accounting / Book-Keeping Executive (Night Shift)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Qualification: B.Com Graduate

CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.75 LPA


Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting / Book-Keeping Executive to manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping activities, invoicing, and financial coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals along with hands-on experience in accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Prepare and manage invoices, payment records, and financial documentation
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up and payment tracking
  • Read and analyze Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements
  • Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CA) for financial and compliance activities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Assist in GST filing and statutory compliance activities
  • Support payroll processing and related documentation
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and financial accuracy
