We are hiring: Accounts & Inventory Executive


We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Executive who has hands-on experience with BUSY accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare sales invoices for branch office
• Manage entries and records in BUSY accounting software
• Maintain stock records for the factory unit
• Maintain BOM records of products
• Coordinate with factory teams for stock updates
• Visit the factory once every month to verify physical stock against system stock
• Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and timely reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting and inventory management
• Good knowledge of BUSY accounting software
• Understanding of stock, billing, and BOM management
• Basic knowledge of GST invoicing will be preferred
• Must be responsible, organized, and willing to travel to factory units once a month
