Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sundays off)

Job Overview:

VD Global is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of all accounting functions, including advanced accounting concepts and tax compliance. Key responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing GSTR filings, and ensuring overall regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting and Bookkeeping: Manage daily accounting functions, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliations for both India.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation of financial audits, ensuring that all records and reports are accurate and up to date.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all accounting and financial operations are compliant with both Indian accounting laws, regulations, and standards.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee the company’s cash flow, ensuring optimal management of funds and timely payments and receipts.
• Coordination with External Parties: Liaise with auditors, and financial institutions to resolve accounting-related issues.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of financial transactions and related files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

o  Experience: Minimum of 5 of experience in accounting

o  Advanced Accounting Knowledge: Thorough understanding of both basic and advanced accounting principles, including financial reporting, and audit preparation.

o  Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Additional certifications are a plus.

o  Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle complex accounting functions.

o  Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record keeping and reporting.
