Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and taxation activities for our organization. The role involves handling accounting operations, GST compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime & ZohoBooks.
• Handle GST workings and filings
• Perform bank reconciliation, bookkeeping and ledger scrutiny
• Manage vendor payments, client receipts, and expense accounting
• Assist in statutory and tax audits by preparing required data
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and expense summaries
• Assist in advance tax calculations and basic Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, GST, and TDS regulations

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Good understanding of Accounting, GST, Zohobooks and TDS
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel
• High level of accuracy, organization, and time management
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (agency industry experience is required)
• Immediate joiner or short notice period (preferred)
