Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara for an Accountant with minimum 4-5 years of experience. The Accountant will handle a variety of tasks, including preparing and maintaining financial records, conducting tax-related activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additional duties include financial reporting, payroll processing, data analysis, internal control assessments, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The role demands exceptional attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the local and global teams to meet client requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping Experience in taxation, compliance processes, and system risk analysis Strong skills in payroll management and data analysis Knowledge of internal control evaluation, management reporting, and advisory services Proficient in accounting software, mainly QuickBooks and QBO, Microsoft Excel, and financial analytical tools Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work in team settings Previous experience in knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) or similar industries is a plus
