The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, maintaining financial systems, preparing budgets, and supporting audits where necessary. The role emphasizes precision, organization, and adherence to deadlines. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting Experience with Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Cost Management Knowledge of Taxation, Compliance, and Regulatory Frameworks Strong skills in Data Entry, Account Reconciliation, and General Ledger Management Proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in a real estate or construction company is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
