Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring timely statutory and tax compliance. The Accountant will also assist with audits, maintain accurate records aligned with company policies, and collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights that support manufacturing and export operations. Attention to detail, integrity, and adherence to regulatory standards are essential in this position.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Familiarity with tax regulations, statutory compliance, and audit support processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; comfort working with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare accurate reports, and support budgeting and forecasting.
• High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong ethical standards, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are a plus.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or export-oriented businesses, ideally in the healthcare or medical devices sector, is an advantage.
