Job Title: Accountant

Location: Prime Residency, Pratap Nagar (In front of Ram Bhandar)

Department: Finance / Accounts

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience in construction or real estate industry is Mandatory

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and experience in the construction or real estate industry.

• Maintain financial records including invoices, receipts, and payments.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely collections.

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor financial transactions.

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure tax compliance.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

• Assist in payroll processing and maintain salary records.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Monitor expenses and assist in budget preparation.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Experience with Tally / ERP or accounting software

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance

• M.Com

• Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred
