Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Halol. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing crucial financial reports, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations and organizational policies. Tasks will include reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, preparing tax filings, and aiding in budget planning and audits. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and attention to detail to support organizational financial health and transparency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Financial Accounting, General Ledger Maintenance, and Reporting standards
• Proficiency in Tax Filing, Compliance, and understanding of financial regulations
• Skills in Budget Preparation, Financial Analysis, and Auditing practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Experience with corporate accounting, preferably in the construction or engineering sector
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across departments
