Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 'Accountant' to join our dynamic team at Octanom Tech Private Limited. If you have a strong background in accounting and proficiency in Tally and MS-Excel, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, Excel sheets, and reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial data and support decision-making.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and invoice preparation to ensure company financial goals are met.
Support the team in bank reconciliation, ledger verification, and day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry of invoices, vouchers, and transactions.
Organize and maintain financial documents and records, including Tally entries and billing activities.
