Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Daily tasks include monitoring transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing taxes, creating financial forecasts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The Accountant will collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and support efficient decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, cost accounting, and general ledger management
• Strong skills in financial reporting, tax preparation, and budgeting
• Proficient knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, auditing standards, and internal controls
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or service industry is an advantage
