Accountant

Role Overview

Hemant Enterprises is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations. Candidates with basic knowledge of the plumbing and sanitary ware industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records using Tally software.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and statements for management.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and auditors as required. l Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly accounts.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an accounting role is essential.
• Basic knowledge of Tally software is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of the plumbing and sanitary ware industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
