Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an Accountant who is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial documentation, monitoring transactions, and assisting management in financial decision-making.



Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in TallyPrime accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of GST compliance (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and TDS provisions.

• Experience in preparing and managing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

•Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

•Experience in ensuring timely vendor payments and maintaining proper payment schedules.

•Knowledge of Share Market accounting / F&O transactions (Preferred).

•Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

•Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle high-volume transactions.



Preferred Qualifications:


  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally,or ERP systems).

  Good knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  High attention to detail and accuracy.

  Good communication and organizational skills.


Office Location: Eden Group ,Kolkata (Manoharpukur Road)

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days : 6 days a week 

Office Timings :- 10 am. to 6:45 pm (Monday –Friday), 10 am to 4pm (Saturday)

Experience: 5 to 8 years exp in accounting background
