Role Description

• Maintain daily books of accounts and ledgers in line with applicable standards
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and petty cash management
• Prepare monthly MIS, expense reports and financial summaries
  

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, supporting documentation)
• Manage Income Tax filings, TDS workings, advance tax estimates and related compliance
• Support annual financial statements preparation and audit coordination
  

• Maintain records and books specific to Section 8 companies
• Ensure correct treatment of grants, donations, project-based expenses and utilisation reporting
• Assist in statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance reporting

Qualifications

• CA Inter preferred with B.Com and 3-4 years of experience
• Proficiency in accounting tools and software with strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience in financial data entry, financial reporting, and budget management
• Knowledge of basic tax compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial data
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams remotely
