Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. This full-time, on-site role based in Mysuru involves preparing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role includes assisting with budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow tracking to ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with company policies. The Accountant will prepare and review tax-related documents, coordinate with auditors, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The individual will collaborate closely with project, procurement, and manufacturing teams to support cost tracking, project accounting, and timely financial documentation.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in general accounting, ledger management, bank reconciliation, and financial record-keeping.
• Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and cash flow management.
• Candidates should possess skills related to accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, compliance with accounting standards, and coordination with auditors.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems), MS Excel, and basic data analysis tools.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional project and operations teams.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in construction, engineering, EPC, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
