Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Accountant with 2 to 3 years of experience based in Egmore, Chennai to manage and oversee daily financial operations.
The role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and standards. The Accountant will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial policies, provide accurate reporting, and drive efficient financial management and planning.

Qualifications

• Strong in Tally or Tally Prime
• Accounting and Financial Reporting skills, including knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Budget Management, Financial Analysis, and Forecasting
• Experience with Payroll Processing and maintaining accurate financial records
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, spreadsheet proficiency, and familiarity with ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients
• Ability to work in an on-site setting in Egmore, Chennai
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
