Key Responsibilitie

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping

.* Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries

.* Prepare and reconcile bank statements

.* Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

.* Prepare and file GST returns and ensure statutory compliance

.* Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing

.* Generate tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes

.* Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements

.* Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

.* Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and tax consultants

.* Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

.* Monitor cash flow and expense management

.* Perform inventory and stock reconciliation with the warehouse team

.* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications & Skill

* Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

.* 2–3 years of experience in accounting

.* Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

.* Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel

.* Good understanding of MS Office

.* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

.* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
