Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Accountant to join our team in an on-site capacity at our Pattambi location. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely tax compliance. The role requires oversight of accounting processes, tracking expenses, and providing financial insights to guide business decisions. Ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines will be integral to your day-to-day tasks.


Qualifications

  • Strong accounting and financial management skills, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools for invoicing, reconciliations, and expense management.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; professional certification (such as CPA or CA) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices or prior experience in a retail environment is a plus.
