Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Rohtak. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare financial statements, handle payroll processing, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing budgeting processes, and performing financial analysis to support decision-making. Collaboration with other departments to ensure proper financial management is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Budgeting
• Experience with Taxation, Payroll Management, and Compliance processes
• Proficiency in Accounting Software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with various departments
• Relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
