Here’s What We’re Looking For

• An outgoing, highly motivated, experienced, member-focused account officer.
• Knowledge in opening accounts, loan applications and loan interview process, helping members with a variety of account questions and issues.
• Someone who is well spoken and won’t be shy about sharing our products and services with our membership.
  
  

Here’s What You Must Have To Apply

• Previous Account Officer or MSR experience or 1 year of financial institution experience.
• Experience in serving customers/members in person/over the phone/via email. Will be responsible for opening new accounts, loans and a broad range of additional duties to assist the members.
• Coachability –always looking to improve personally & professionally.
• Team Player – ability to pitch in whenever & wherever needed.
• Detail freak – keen eye for the little things.
• Commitment – to the credit union philosophy, to teammates and to self.
