- Role: Business Development Manager / Account Manager

- Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
- Work Location: Bangalore (Garvebhavi Palya)
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / 30 Days Preferred
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B/B2C channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads, approach potential clients, and close business deals
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth
- Create proposals, quotations, and business presentations for clients
- Manage client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and delivery for smooth execution
- Handle receivables and ensure timely collections from clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Participate in business meetings, networking events, and client discussions
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development, account management, or sales
- Ability to manage client relationships and achieve targets
- Good presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented professional
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales and client handling
- Ability to build long-term business relationships
