Account Manager

Role Profile :

Financial Accounting & Governance:

• Ensure end-to-end maintenance of books of accounts in strict accordance with Accounting Standards (AS / Ind-AS).
• Maintain a robust internal control framework and oversee a seamless month-end closing process.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Direct and Indirect Taxation, including the accurate computation, timely filing, and reconciliation of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.

Payroll & Labour Law Management:

• Ensure 100% regulatory adherence by managing all labor-related compliances, specifically Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax (PT).
• Performance Tracking: Conduct rigorous Variance Analysis (Budget vs. Actual) to identify financial gaps and provide actionable insights to department heads.

Liquidity Management:

• Develop and maintain dynamic Cash Flow Forecasts to ensure optimal working capital management and support the leadership team in strategic decision-making.

Skills :

Data Visualization & Insights:

Leverage Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power BI), AI Tools to transform raw financial data into automated, high-impact dashboards.

Qualifications:

CA (Inter), MBA (Finance), M.Com, or B.Com with a proven track record of 4-7 years in a comprehensive finance role.

Experience :

Minimum 4-7 years of experience in the Finance function.

Others :

Possess the unique ability to "story tell with data "translating complex financial metrics into plain "Business English" for non-finance stakeholders and executive leadership.
