Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
As an Account Manager for Small Business Sales, you will aim to align sales activity with customer success to drive long-term growth sustainability at scale. You will work as a part of a highly engaged team and persistently explore and uncover business opportunities for Google's clients.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in sales pitching, business communication and account management.
- Experience working toward goals.
- Experience managing and customizing for a customer base.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while paying close attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Work towards assigned goals while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.
- Implement creative ways to improve agency and customer relationships, tailor performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote relevant products and services.
- Communicate with customers/agencies proactively via phone, email or direct contact.
- Provide advice and help advertisers achieve the best Return on Investment (ROI) by working closely with them in a consultative role.
