Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad. This role involves managing client relationships from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up, ensuring that 3D movie setups, 3D projector installations, and 3D program logistics meet client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with technical and operations teams, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables. The Account Manager will handle contract negotiations, oversee billing and collections related to each project, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and project outcomes. The role also includes identifying opportunities for repeat business, gathering client feedback to improve services, and supporting business development activities as needed.
Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to understand and translate client needs into actionable plans.
  • Experience in event coordination, media services, or technical project management, preferably in audio-visual or 3D projection setups.
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to prepare clear proposals, quotations, and reports.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and on-site requirements.
  • Basic understanding of AV equipment or willingness to learn about 3D movie setups and projector technology.
  • Comfort with using common office productivity tools and maintaining accurate documentation of accounts and projects.
  • Ability to work on-site in Aurangabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support occasional extended hours around events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
