Job Title: Key Account Manager – Recruitment & Client Services

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time


We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Key Account Manager with proven experience in handling top-tier / enterprise clients. This role is critical in managing strategic accounts, ensuring seamless recruitment delivery, and strengthening long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key and enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Understand client business needs, hiring plans, and workforce strategies
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery in coordination with internal teams and vendors
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, TATs, and quality benchmarks
  • Conduct regular client reviews, gather feedback, and drive service improvements
  • Manage and evaluate third-party vendors and staffing partners
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and service expansion
  • Support new client onboarding and smooth transition into account management


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Client Servicing / Recruitment Operations
  • Mandatory experience handling large or top clients (enterprise or strategic accounts)
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and vendor ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with ATS / CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field


Preferred Background

  • Experience in staffing or recruitment agencies
  • Exposure to permanent and contractual hiring
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
