Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Lucknow. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, managing client accounts, Tally working exp. , GST filling and other Tax knowledge , overseeing operational activities, and ensuring the delivery of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven account management skills, including client relationship management, communication, and customer service
• Experience in tally working , GST filling and other tax knowledge
• Strong abilities in project coordination, organization, and problem-solving
• Proficiency with Tally Prime
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, B Com , M Com , or a related field
