Location: Bangalore (BLR), India

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly accountable Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships for domestic India operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with System Integrator (SI) clients, managing end-to-end account operations, and driving delivery excellence.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can independently manage client engagements, mentor teams technically and operationally, and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day activities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complete accountability for assigned client accounts, including delivery, relationship management, escalations, and growth opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day engagement activities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business, delivery, and leadership teams
- Manage and support domestic India client requirements across multiple projects/accounts
- Work closely with recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure timely closures and quality delivery
- Drive operational excellence, governance, reporting, and client satisfaction across accounts
- Handle client escalations proactively and ensure timely resolution
- Mentor and guide internal teams from both technical and operational perspectives
- Ensure team productivity, ownership, and accountability across engagements
- Understand technical requirements and provide strategic direction to teams to achieve delivery goals
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships
- Conduct regular client reviews, performance discussions, and business updates
- Maintain strong coordination with System Integrator clients and understand their delivery ecosystem and expectations
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Engagement roles
- Mandatory experience working with System Integrator (SI) clients
- Strong experience managing domestic India accounts and client relationships
- Proven leadership experience in handling teams and driving delivery outcomes
- Strong understanding of IT staffing, project delivery, or managed services environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Hands-on approach with the ability to “get the work done” and drive accountability
- Experience in mentoring teams technically and operationally
