Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for the role of Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of tailored financial solutions. Core responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational objectives. The role also requires a focus on client satisfaction and consistent client communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Account Management.
• Proficiency in Verbal and Written Communication, Relationship Management, and Customer Service.
• Experience with Data Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Project Coordination.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as MS Excel, ERP systems, and CRM platforms.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work effectively under deadlines.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience as an Account Manager or in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is an advantage.
