Account Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Compensation: ₹3–4 LPA + Performance Incentives + TA/DA + Health Insurance

HUMMA Farm Fresh Dairy is a growing dairy company based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, manufacturing and distributing fresh milk, curd, paneer, buttermilk, lassi and ghee. We are looking for an Accounts Manager to strengthen our finance and compliance operations.

We are looking for a proactive Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting, banking, statutory compliance, vendor payments, financial reporting and credit control. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of finance operations.

• Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
• Banking operations, reconciliations and fund management
• Vendor payments and account reconciliation
• Credit control and collection follow-ups
• Statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other applicable filings
• MIS reporting (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Coordination with CAs, banks, vendors and statutory authorities
• ERP/Tally/Zoho Books accounting and reporting
• Purchase order verification and payment processing as per company policy

• B.Com, M.Com or MBA (Finance)
• 3+ years of accounting and finance experience
• Experience with GST, TDS, PF, ESI and statutory compliance
• Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books or any ERP, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
