Job Summary: The Account Manager (Events) is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of events from concept to completion. This role bridges client requirements with internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and outstanding event experiences that align with client objectives. Key Responsibilities: Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communication and expectations. Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and event objectives to provide strategic input and creative solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent service excellence. Prepare and present event proposals, budgets, and post-event reports. Event Planning & Execution Lead the end-to-end event management process ? from ideation and proposal to on-site execution and post-event evaluation. Coordinate with internal departments (creative, production, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure event requirements are met. Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure adherence to client agreements and company standards. Manage event vendors, suppliers, and partners, negotiating terms and ensuring quality service delivery. Supervise event setup, rehearsals, and breakdowns, ensuring all elements align with the client?s vision and brand. Financial Management Prepare and manage event budgets, cost estimates, and invoices. Track project profitability and ensure financial targets are met. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Team Collaboration Work closely with creative and production teams to develop innovative concepts and event experiences. Mentor junior team members and coordinate workloads within the account servicing team. Support new business pitches and contribute to proposal development when required.
