Role Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for driving business development and managing client relationships to achieve growth in revenue and margins by winning long-term, high-value clients. This role focuses on prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and strategically leveraging technology (including AI) to enhance productivity and service delivery. The Account Manager will be expected to optimize business operations for margin growth in annual gross profit from new business development activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • High Impact Outreach: Proactively connect with potential prospects and existing clients, introducing staffing solutions and identifying new business opportunities. Share value-driven emails and strategic cold calls along with LinkedIn outreach efforts to prospects & clients to nurture relationships and communicate the benefits of the staffing services offered. Expanding professional network to generate new business.


  • Weekly Client Meetings: Ensureregular client meetings to discuss client staffing needs, provide tailored solutions, and strengthen relationships. Participate in new manager meetings, aligning staffing needs with internal resources, discussing client expectations, and reviewing performance and delivery metrics.


  • Revenue and Margin Growth: Drive month-over-month growth in weekly margins by optimizing pricing strategies, improving service delivery, and identifying areas for operational efficiency. Ensure continued profitability by aligning staffing solutions with client budgets, while enhancing the quality and effectiveness of service delivery. Ensure an increase in yearly gross profit from new business development activities, including generating leads, prospecting, and converting opportunities into long-term, revenue-generating accounts. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business prospects, working towards the successful closure of contracts and agreements.



  • Leveraging AI & Technology: Utilize AI tools for research, creativity, productivity, and communication to enhance daily tasks such as outreach, follow-up, and lead generation. Stay up to date with advancements in AI to optimize recruitment and account management workflows, ensuring increased efficiency and better client outcomes.


  • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators related to sales, client engagement, and margin growth. Analyze performance data to identify trends, refine strategies, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business development and revenue goals.


  • Brand Advocacy & Social Engagement: Actively engage on LinkedIn and other professional networks by sharing company updates, achievements, and insights. Share industry trends, hiring insights, and success stories to position eTeam as a leader in workforce, business, and digital transformation. Support recruitment and business efforts by commenting on, liking, and sharing eTeam posts.Encourage referrals and networking by promoting eTeam’s brand and open roles online.



Qualification & Competency Required:

  • Strong relationship management skills in building long-term and strategic relationships with existing & New hiring managers, clients.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, offering tailored staffing solutions.
  • Ability to create and execute growth strategies for portfolio expansion in new and existing accounts.
  • Ability to generate new business and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology (including AI tools) to enhance outreach, productivity, and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in executing strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate, engage, and qualify high-potential leads.
  • Strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills to negotiate high-value contracts and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a result-driven environment.
  • Ability to Learn and Be Coachable: Expected to be adaptable, open to feedback, and continuously improve their skills and knowledge. You should be proactive in learning about new tools, industry trends, and best practices in staffing.
  • Strong Selling Skills: Must possess strong sales abilities, including the ability to present job opportunities persuasively to candidates and pitch staffing services effectively to clients.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate job requirements, candidate qualifications, and service offerings with clarity, professionalism, and precision. This includes articulating information clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal formats, to internal teams, clients, and candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Pharma is preferred, however combination of education and experience will also be considered.
