Account Manager - Designs

This is a client-facing leadership role — not a design execution role.

Full-Time • Ahmedabad (On-site) • Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a sharp, client-first Account Manager who can own relationships, lead creative teams, and drive flawless delivery across multiple accounts. You will be the single point of contact for clients — translating their goals into actionable creative direction and ensuring the team delivers with quality and consistency.

If you cannot hold a room with a client, this role is not for you. If you can — and you also speak design — we want to hear from you.

▸     Independently manage end-to-end client relationships across multiple accounts — owning calls, reviews, escalations, and long-term satisfaction

▸     Lead a cross-functional creative team of Graphic Designers, 3D Visualization artists, and Photographers across simultaneous campaigns

▸     Translate client briefs and business objectives into clear, structured creative workflows and actionable direction for the design team

▸     Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable quality across parallel campaigns — maintaining 95%+ on-time delivery

▸     Conduct design reviews to ensure all outputs align with client brand guidelines, objectives, and quality standards before delivery

▸     Drive feedback loops between clients and the creative team — resolving ambiguity quickly and keeping projects on track

▸     Proactively flag risks, identify opportunities, and bring solutions — not just problems — to every client conversation

Please do not apply if you cannot clearly demonstrate the following:

✗     Proven, direct client communication experience — you have independently handled client accounts, not just supported someone who did

✗     Experience leading or supervising a creative team of 3 or more people

✗     Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator — you must understand design language even if you do not execute

✗     2–5 years in account management, client servicing, or creative project management within an agency, design studio, or marketing environment

✗     Confidence and clarity when communicating with senior stakeholders — including international or US-based clients

✓     Prior exposure to US or international client communication

✓     Familiarity with 3D visualization, photography, or print production workflows

✓     Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com

✓     Understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and campaign production pipelines

✓     Awareness of AI tools in the creative space is a bonus

▸     A graphic designer or UI/UX designer looking to transition — design execution is not part of this role

▸     Someone who has only worked in internal team coordination without owning external client relationships

▸     Looking for a back-office project coordination role — client presence and ownership are central to this position
