We are At Buzz, a full-service creative and digital agency based in Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. We work with 50+ brands across D2C, retail, food & beverage, and lifestyle, handling their social media, performance marketing, content, and video production end-to-end.

We are hiring an Account Manager who does not just manage clients but owns them. Someone who can hold relationships, read situations before they become problems, and make the creative and ops team move in sync.

This is a floor coordination + client ownership role. You will manage your own set of accounts AND act as the first point of escalation for the Delhi AM team.

What You'll Do

• Own 4-5 client accounts, end-to-end briefs, deliverables, approvals and renewals.
• Act as the first escalation point for junior AMs and the trainee and interns on the Delhi floor.
• Run monthly strategy calls with clients, not just report dumps, but actual recommendations.
• Coordinate between clients, the creative team, and the performance marketing team without things falling through the gaps.
• Spot upsell opportunities and flag them for your accounts to grow, not just renew.
• Ensure every deliverable leaves the floor on time, at quality, with zero client surprises.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of agency-side account management experience (in-house only profiles, please skip)
• Comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously without losing the plot.
• The kind of person clients WhatsApp directly because they trust you.
• Strong written and verbal communication you write briefs, you write reports, you write the message that calms a frustrated client.
• Calm under pressure. The job has urgent days. You don't spiral.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with D2C or lifestyle brands.
• Some understanding of Meta ads or SEO.
• Prior experience handling a small team or being a buddy/mentor to a fresher.

Salary: ₹30000-₹32000/month based on experience.
