Responsible for driving business growth for EV powertrain solutions including traction motors, controllers, and inverters for L2, L3, L5, and LCV applications. The role involves developing OEM relationships, identifying market opportunities, and supporting EV programs.

Role Overview
Responsible for driving business growth for EV powertrain solutions including traction motors, controllers, and inverters for L2, L3, L5, and LCV applications. The role involves developing OEM relationships, identifying market opportunities, and supporting EV programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives for EV powertrain solutions including motors, inverters, and controllers.
- Identify and develop new opportunities with automotive and EV OEMs.
- Manage strategic customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Lead commercial discussions, product presentations, and technical proposals with OEM clients.
- Support OEM program lifecycle from opportunity identification to project execution.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to align solutions with OEM requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and EV industry developments.
- Participate in strategic planning for market expansion in electric mobility.
- Build and maintain a strong network with decision-makers across automotive OEMs.
- Travel across North India to manage OEM relationships and business development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Automotive / Mechanical / Electrical or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in EV components or automotive component sales (Tier-1 suppliers preferred).
- Strong understanding of EV powertrain systems, motors, controllers, and inverters.
- Experience working with Indian automotive or EV OEMs.
- Understanding of the complete automotive / EV OEM program lifecycle.
- Strong technical aptitude with planning and strategic thinking ability.
- Established network with automotive OEM stakeholders in India.
- Proven experience in customer engagement and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
