Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Delhi, India. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role encompasses meeting revenue goals, analyzing client needs to propose tailored solutions, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements effectively and deliver world-class service.
