AMR – B2B Sales Advisor (Trade, Contract, Dealer & Marketplace Channels | NorthCape)

(AMR – Account Management Representative)

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-impact AMR (Account Management Representative) to support NorthCape’s Trade, Contract, Dealer, and Marketplace business. This role is built to enable Sales Reps, Dealers, and Marketplace partners, remove operational friction, and accelerate revenue growth.

The AMR functions as a sales and operations bridge, combining B2B sales coordination, dealer and marketplace management, research-led outreach, email marketing support, and strong execution discipline. This is a revenue-aligned role, not a call-center position.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales, Dealer & Marketplace Enablement

• Act as the primary support partner for Sales Reps, Trade Accounts, Dealers, and Marketplace partners.

• Manage daily interactions with B2B Sales, Dealer & Marketplace Enablement

• Support dealer onboarding and activation across Trade and Marketplace channels.

• Conduct account, dealer, and marketplace research to identify growth and expansion opportunities.

• Support email-based sales outreach, follow-ups, and campaign execution for dealers and marketplace accounts.

• Share pricing, product details, catalogs, mockups, and order status updates to support deal closure.

• Partner closely with Sales Reps to ensure smooth closure, onboarding, and post-order follow-ups.

• Contribute directly to sales targets and revenue growth across channels.

Order, Operations & Marketplace Management

• Accurately enter, process, and track B2B and Marketplace orders in internal systems.

• Manage marketplace order flows, including acknowledgements, SLAs, and exception handling.

• Proactively update shipping timelines, tracking details, and manage overdue or delayed orders.

• Resolve order-related issues such as cancellations, modifications, returns, warranty claims, and partial shipments within SLAs.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Marketplace Performance & Compliance

• Support SKU onboarding, catalog updates, and pricing accuracy for marketplaces.

• Monitor marketplace KPIs including order acceptance rate, cancellations, delivery SLAs, and returns.

• Coordinate with internal teams to address marketplace escalations and compliance requirements.

• Support review management and issue resolution to protect marketplace ratings.

Finance & Commercial Support

• Coordinate with finance for invoicing, acknowledgements, credit notes, and payment follow-ups.

• Support quotation preparation and ensure correct commercial terms across channels.

• Maintain accuracy of product codes, dealer pricing, routing, and marketplace data.

Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

• Prepare and share pipeline, order status, dealer, and marketplace performance reports.

• Maintain structured documentation and clear updates for internal stakeholders.

• Support leadership with data inputs for channel performance reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate with 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales support, account management, dealer management, or marketplace operations.

• Hands-on experience supporting Trade, Dealer, or Marketplace channels.

• Exposure to research-based selling, email marketing, and structured follow-ups.

• Experience working with CRM, ERP, OMS, and Marketplace portals (e.g., Wayfair, Target, etc. – preferred).

• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel proficiency required).

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high ownership.

• Customer-first and execution-driven mindset.
