Account Executive - Social Media

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative and social media-savvy Account Executive - Social Media. Someone who lives and breathes social media, has a strong creative eye, and isn't afraid to experiment with new content formats and trends. You should be comfortable managing multiple accounts, creating basic designs independently, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities for assigned client accounts.
• Create and manage monthly social media calendars and content plans.
• Write engaging social media captions, copies, and content briefs.
• Create social media creatives, posts, stories, and carousels using Canva.
• Coordinate with content, design, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Track social media trends, platform updates, and relevant cultural moments.
• Support day-to-day client communication, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Monitor account performance and assist in preparing monthly reports.
• Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns and brand communication.
• Ensure all content and creatives align with the client's brand guidelines.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 - 2 years of experience in as an Account Executive - Socila Media.
• Must have prior work experience in a Creative, Digital, or Social Media Agency.
• Hands-on experience in creating social media designs and creatives using Canva is mandatory.
• Ability to independently create social media posts, stories, carousels, and basic campaign creatives.
• Understanding of Video editing tools to edit videos for social media posts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends.
• Good content and copywriting skills.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Strong visual sense with an understanding of layouts, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Creative, proactive, and organised with strong attention to detail.
