Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales Team. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, driving new business, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience and deliver customized solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics to management
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM software


What We’re Looking For :


  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of B2B SaaS experience, preferably handling clients across North American markets
  • Strong exposure to outbound prospecting, pipeline building, and closing mid-to-high value deals
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Hungry, ambitious, and passionate about learning and growing in a high-growth startup environment
  • Adaptable to change and comfortable operating in evolving, dynamic business conditions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders confidently
