We’re supporting a growing, founder-led operations consulting firm in their search for an Account Executive to help expand their client base and build long-term relationships with service businesses.


This is a fully remote opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys business development, consultative conversations with founders and COOs, and contributing to a growing go-to-market strategy in a boutique consulting environment.

You’ll play a key role in driving new business and supporting sales growth:


  • Engage and qualify new prospects through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and referral sources
  • Run initial discovery and qualification calls with founders and C-level buyers
  • Support proposal development and sales conversion
  • Track opportunities, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM accuracy
  • Share insights and ideas to improve sales processes and workflows


This role offers exposure to high-level buyers and a growth path into partnerships and strategic business development as the company scales.


🎯 Who This Is For


You’ll be a strong fit if you:

  • Have 3–7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Have experience selling to or within financial services, wealth management, or professional services
  • Are comfortable engaging new prospects and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Have strong CRM discipline and data-driven sales habits
  • Communicate with polish and confidence when speaking with founders and executives
  • Thrive in a remote, high-accountability, founder-led environment


πŸ’° Compensation & Benefits


  • Base Salary: $65,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$105,000–$125,000
  • Commission: Tiered plan rewarding progress through the sales funnel (meetings, qualified opportunities, closed deals)
  • Paid time off and holidays


🌎 Location


  • Fully remote (US-based)
  • East Coast working hours preferred
  • Occasional travel (1–2x per year) for team meetings or events
