We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team and support Canadian accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian accounting principles, hands-on experience with accounting processes, and proficiency in QuickBooks.
In this role, you will be responsible for account reconciliations, insurance back-office support, bookkeeping activities, financial record management, and various accounting-related administrative tasks for our Canadian clients.
The successful candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Process and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
- Provide back-office support for insurance-related administrative processes.
- Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Review, organize, and maintain accounting documentation.
- Generate reports, statements, and financial summaries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts.
- Maintain data accuracy across accounting systems and trackers.
- Coordinate with overseas teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Follow established accounting procedures and compliance standards.
- Support additional finance and administrative functions as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting practices and bookkeeping principles.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, or finance operations.
- Experience working with international accounting processes will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
